We want you to love your Rosefield pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original Rosefield gift box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
